    Technically called furniture nails when first developed in the early 1900's. These are new, old stock manufactured by HANDY Button Manufacturing Chicago, IL.
    Their part # 1009 - thus size #9 as shown on vintage catalog page attached. Sketch of dimensions is approximate size. Small group of nails shown in pix.
    25 pieces each item. Steel with nickel plating finish. These are in excellent condition. Picture of the original box shown as well. Can also be used as glides on the bottom of furniture legs or upholstery nails, as they are referred to today. Made in the USA!
